This page walks through the parts of the platform that matter most to agency owners team management, your public agency page, bulk import, the shared inquiry inbox, and bilingual reach.
A MoveSiam agency workspace supports as many agents as your plan allows, each with their own login and a role that controls what they can do.
Owners can manage billing, invite or remove members, change roles, and edit every listing in the agency.
Managers can manage listings and invite agents, but they don't touch billing.
Agents can manage their own listings and the inquiries that come in on those listings.
Owners and managers who also work on personal listings can toggle between their personal workspace and the agency workspace from the sidebar team switcher no second account, no logging out. The active team is remembered across devices, so the dashboard always opens on the workspace your agent left it on.
When an agent joins, you send an invitation by email. They accept, set their role-appropriate password, and they're live on the platform no separate onboarding deck required.
Need to revoke an agent at short notice? An owner can remove the member from the team page and their access to listings, inquiries, and team data disappears immediately.
